UPDATE: The pump stopped working and after a support rep asked me to do a stupid reset which involved shaking the pump 10 times to get the bubbles out, they wanted me to 80 Give dollars in compensation for the inconvenience and then I have to buy a new pump. What good is a 3-year warranty if you don't replace key components that don't work? The device seemed to work well to solve the moisture problem but I wish it was specific to the automatic pump as we are not in the house we use. it's time for everyone to drain water when it's full.
