The silver finish burned off right after the first warm up, smells bad but works well.
Looks exactly how I want it, but mostly too big for my soldering iron. Everything about it looks right, but even the threads were too big and didn't fit my old weller, although I got it working myself after drilling out the inside diameter of my old threaded tip holders and then grinding the tip diameter. My fault of course, but overall the product would be perfect for the next size Weller soldering iron. Be careful, looks can be deceiving in the world of replacement soldering iron tips.
