I received my T-10 last week after watching a youtube video. The vacuum cleaner is valuable and does its job perfectly. What worries me and many new buyers is the Tuya Hotspot, a Wi-Fi hotspot that controls the vacuum. First, you must have 2.4 gigabit WiFi versus 5 gigabit WiFi or else it won't connect. Luckily my modem can be replaced with 2.4. That was the first problem I had. I then spent the next 4 hours trying to get the hotspot to connect to my iPad. I was about to give up and return the vacuum when I found the support phone number on the Revain website. There is no good phone number in the manual. Revain support phone, not Airbot. The phone number in the instructions is in California and the company has not yet been trained to support this vacuum. The Revain employee spent about half an hour. work with me to connect the vacuum cleaner to the hotspot. In the end we were successful, but it wasn't easy at all. Now the vacuum cleaner maps my house and cleans great, but I still can't use it to its full potential. I could separate the rooms and rename each one so I could clean each room separately if I wanted to. I haven't tried yet. What's really missing is a good YouTube video on how to connect a hotspot and then control the various functions of the vacuum cleaner. The seller sent me a video about the connection, but the size of the pictures is so small that they cannot be used, even though I have a 27-inch monitor. The only videos I've seen only show the vacuum cleaner in operation, but don't provide good detailed instructions on how to actually use the features over hotspot. Presumably it works with Alexa but I can't find any link or explanation. I will continue to use the vacuum to clean but I doubt I will use the mopping function as there is no explanation on how to use it. I want to know how to use a mop in rooms with carpet and bare floors. Do I have to wash by hand or does the vacuum cleaner know the difference between carpets and floors? It knows when it's vacuuming because it automatically switches to full power when it detects a carpet. I plan to gather a few more questions and call Revain support again and see if I can get a vacuum that connects to Alexa and how to properly use the mopping function. nothing for beginners. I would like to use it just as a vacuum cleaner, but I want to understand how everything works and what functions I can perform. Maybe the seller or someone reading this can make a nice video of the AP in full operation. Update: I've had mine for about 2 months now. I like it very much, it sucks very well. A few notes. Inside the vacuum cleaner box is a picture of the access point that the vacuum cleaner is running on. The corner of an image shows where you can click Alexa, and I'm guessing the vacuum can be used with Alexa. Actually, my hotspot doesn't have that link, so I still don't know how to connect to Alexa. Nothing bad, but interesting. Another oddity is that my vacuum sometimes turns on automatically at times that aren't in my schedule. Strange, but no big deal. Overall I'm still very happy with the vacuum and it does a great job even on standard suction settings.
