Review on 🐇 SPA-625A White Rabbit Air BioGS 2.0 Ultra Quiet HEPA Air Purifier by Angel Bright

The California wildfires combined with my asthma and allergies was a real storm on my lungs - it was awful and I was not at all prepared for it. This unit has already changed a lot! When I plugged it in, it registered an air quality level of 4/5 (5/5 being the worst), but quickly dropped it to the 1-2 range. After not having relatively clean air for a few days, I took the first few deep breaths without coughing and immediately felt better. I had a small problem. The magnet on the front panel of the device was missing and this magnet is used to tell the device that the front panel is installed correctly and can be powered on. So my squad was dead on arrival. But Rabbit offers 24/7 support. I called their number, spoke to a real engineer who figured out how to reproduce the problem while I was on the phone, and a few minutes later found a workaround - a simple little fridge magnet. I have already received confirmation (a few hours after my call) that a replacement front cover is on the way. It's not about the products being perfect for me. They rarely occur. For me, it's all about how the company reacts when a defect is pointed out or support is needed. Rabbit has already shown me that they stand behind their products and customers in a way few companies do. A few minor complaints (so you know this is a genuine review). The instructions don't say you can't turn it on without the cover. But when help is just a phone call away, it doesn't matter much. Another possible complaint (although it doesn't bother me at all) is that it wobbles a bit when placed on thick carpet. Thankfully, the lights only turn on when it makes sense, so you probably won't notice unless you're looking at it. I'm sure there's a way to add weight to the base or something if you're really into that sort of thing. Now my favorite feature is silence. I hate loud devices in my apartment. I recently bought and returned several heaters that were making too much noise. I was even hesitant to look for an air purifier after hearing others. There is no such problem with it. It's _quiet_ on reasonable settings. The fan is adjustable from 1 to 5. It's pretty annoying on 4 and 5, but on the automatic settings (where it chooses fan speeds based on how dirty its sensors are), it rarely goes to those speeds. It mostly freezes at 1 and 2 on the most sensitive auto settings, which I hardly notice. The cleanup looks easy enough, but I haven't had enough time to need it yet. I will update this review if I find any cleaning issues. Overall a great product with great customer service. If you are looking for a quiet, powerful air purifier, I would highly recommend this one.
