The mounting screws are so close to the neck of the stand that you have to remove the back to install the mount. If you don't feel comfortable with it and want to install it, definitely don't buy it. However, removing the back cover was fairly easy. Only 1 screw. So if you're looking for a good deal and can use a flat head I think it's fine but for the price.
