I also received very different designs from the ones in the photo, but we received seven different designs so I'm happy with that. I have five with Buzz and Woody and two with Buzz alone. They appear to be true to size. After washing, I compared them to another pair of Disney 2T/3T underwear and a pair of Fruit if the loom and they were comparable.
