Easy to install, light weight makes it ideal for installations where no ceiling fan is installed. As others have said, the construction feels so light it feels overpriced. The light output is very good, the air movement is more like a small personal fan working in a small space. The problem after 10 months is that the LED just stopped working, now there is no light at all? Fan control works, light control does not. It seems that many of these built in LED devices that promise thousands of hours of operation use very poor LEDs or drivers as they fail very quickly. I wouldn't recommend this with such a short lifespan and no way to replace the LED
