Connecting is inconvenient. I like that the sound and beeps are much quieter than my shark. He got stuck behind my seat and tried to move but couldn't. I love that it doesn't have rollers so I don't have to waste time untangling animal and human hair like my shark does. The charger and docking station feel light and cheap. The vacuum cleaner itself has a good weight. Update " finally contacted, found on another site for $90, annoyed I paid $169.99, anti-drop is BS.
