Too HUGE! my judgement
Other reviews are entirely correct - it's too full - looks like something that could be worn under a crinoline skirt - even the bodice doesn't really stretch, nicely finished waist. It doesn't look like a traditional fairy costume tutu.
- This tutu made a little girl very happy on her 4th birthday... It arrived on time and was exactly what I expected!
- The tutu is only available in one size, which limits its suitability for different age groups.
