    TERRIBLE, DON'T WASTE TIME

    Should have read the reviews first. Literally two layers of tulle, nothing like the picture. I ordered photos for my daughter's birthday but had to cancel due to poor quality. such a disappointment

    This pack is HUGE! No way will it ever fit a 2 year old. He's also a little prickly. Better than a suit for 5-6 years. The elastic waistband may not fit snugly enough for some little girls, causing it to slip down.

    I bought this for my very tall 6 year old daughter for her tooth fairy costume and she was embarrassed to wear it. It's very fluffy, like something to put under a crinoline. Not feminine and not whimsical. Very voluminous and powerful.

    This tutu had more layers of tulle than I expected for the price. My child is a size 8 and I knew it might be a bit tight as it is listed for 'little girls'. I have bought other Capezio products and they are of good quality.

    Only works as part of a costume

    This package is ridiculous! Definitely too thick and stiff to wear to my daughter's dance class. It's more of a costume, of course. I see this being used for Halloween or anything that even requires a costume. My 6 year old daughter is about 4ft tall and weighs about 56lbs and she is drowning in all that fabric.

    Other reviews are entirely correct - it's too full - looks like something that could be worn under a crinoline skirt - even the bodice doesn't really stretch, nicely finished waist. It doesn't look like a traditional fairy costume tutu.

    Long and for a tall girl

    It worked for my very tall 11 year old but was too long for her. Not for a little girl, but for a tall skinny girl. He also reached her knees, so very long. Good quality and fluffy.

    The manufacturer should provide some sizing information. This tutu fits an average height adult! Other than that it fits my tall 6 year old. It is very fluffy and hangs below the knees. We're going to keep it because it's Halloween and I don't have time to bring it back.

    We loved this package. However it wasn't a disappointment for my 2.5 year old but for me I think we could do better. Yes, it's big in the waist as it covers a fairly wide range of sizes. The safety pins are okay. The big problem is that the tutu is not lined. These are just rows of tulle sewn to an elastic waistband. If your buddy has sensitive skin, you might find another option. Again, my daughter loves it. I just think it's some shit. So!

    As you expand the waist to get in, the skirt is sewn. Capizio was a well-respected company for dance supplies and I wasn't impressed. We've been using it even more and I need to figure out how to fix it.
