Overall I am very satisfied with this product. I've baked chicken, beef, bacon and even cookies on this skillet/grill and it's always been fantastic! Pros: - I've been using it almost every day for about two months now and not once has this pan warped. in or out of the oven. The highest temp I've used it at was 450 F and no warping! Very strong - The grate is also strong and fits perfectly in the pan, regardless of the temperature. Cons: - It will scratch - It will be very difficult to keep clean. It is covered with brown grease stains. I use foil on the bottom to catch the juice but the sides of the pot are brown. I'm sure there must be some kind of hack to get these stains out, but trying to keep them clean is almost pointless. I don't watch it because I'm happy with how he cooks my food! Tip: To clean, I turn the grate upside down and lay it flat in the pan, then I pour enough soapy water into the pan so that the grate is completely submerged. and leave for at least 20-30 minutes. Then I take the grate in the sink and use a brush, not a sponge/scrubber, and scrub the grate up and down/side to side on both sides until it's clean. If you use a sponge, you will most likely hit it with the sharp edge of the counter and tear it. Also, the brush reaches areas better than a sponge. Much luck!
