Looks refurbished - Timer

Would give 5 stars but the lock I received is clearly "used". It works fine but the box it came in wasn't sealed and there was grease on the clasp. Looks renovated. ***upgraded to 5 stars as I received notification that I had been refunded this purchase without asking. Surprised happy.
