I loved this thing, it was the perfect power solution for my astrophotography setup. 12v to run the scope it self, a powerful enough USB output to run the raspberry pi computer that controls it, and enough capacity to last all night. However, about a month ago, during a photo-shoot of the Andromeda galaxy, the device went completely dark never to work again. I purchased it seven months before the failure occurred and my attempt to contact support was in vain. I was expecting a year or two of slowly decreasing capacity like every other rechargeable battery I've owned, not complete and permanent death less than a year into it's life.It's not like I was riding this thing hard either, it was used for about 3-4 hours a night, once or twice a month, for seven months, approximately 10 uses.
