It's easy to use! I like how it makes my job as an administrator easier in that there is one application where we can manage everything - users; emails etc., with out having 2 separate applications which would be confusing if you have more than 1 person managing them both at any given time (or working remotely). The interface could/should look better though- very plain looking but they do say its meant primarily from mobile devices so maybe thats why? There are also some things missing such as "email" or other common functions found elsewhere online when searching this question, however those features aren't really necessary unless your business needs specific email tools built into their CRM software.- Easy access via web browser anywhere around world without installation of additional programs required nor paying extra fees needed-. I love that the platform is so well designed with an excellent interface, very easy to use and navigate. The system is very fast and reliable. It has been great working with this team and their support is outstanding. The platform can be a little tricky at times but it's a learning curve. If you're looking for a full-featured platform with solid performance, look no further than Genisys. We are able to automate our business processes via the software and have seen a significant increase in productivity.
