This dispenser was an intentional purchase on my part. My primary criticisms are presented above. Soap isn't always enough, so you may need to double-raise your hand. If there was a way to control how much foam came out or how long the foam lasted when you took your hand away, that would be fantastic. Another common complaint I've read is that the dispenser doesn't hold up well in the damp bathroom environment. In my opinion, that's sufficient for a healthy bathroom breeze (it is already useful for her). When I shower, I also seal the dispenser with a plastic bag to prevent water damage from steam and mist. The item is generally worthwhile. I'd like to replace the one in my kitchen with a second.
