Review on SUNPIN Portable DVD Player 12 by Mark Dahmer

Enhances a long car ride with a small child

This is a pretty good portable DVD player. We took him on a 13 hour car ride with a 4 year old. There is a mounting bracket for the back of the headrest in the kit, it works but is quite flimsy. It's just cardboard covered with a thin fabric and on the way home it was already torn just because the DVD player was added/removed from the mount. It would need to be replaced if it is going to be used more than a few times. The DVD player never cracked or had any problems. My only complaint is that the car adapter cable was too short for us. We only have one connection and it's in the front of the car and we used the DVD player in the back seat. It would be nice if the cable could last, but the 5 hour battery lasted for 2 movies. It has a good screen size, the remote works well and I liked the packaging. I used the bubble wrap it comes in to store when not in use in the car. Overall, for the price, it was impossible to hear if we would be there for a few more hours. I would buy it again.
