damaged parts. It would be terrible to return something as heavy as this cage. I think the company took the feedback seriously. The box was with reinforcement at each corner of the box. In addition, everything was tightly closed so that nothing moved. So there was no damage. The instructions are mostly a bunch of pictures with very little description, but the installation wasn't that bad. The best news is that my parrot is very happy. He's 22, so I was afraid he wouldn't do it. You will need additional 18 inch perches as there is only one per cage. Good durable product and perfect size for cockatiels. Also, I think they keep the shipping issues under control.
