item sourced direct from Weidner World. It was broken and didn't work. Contacted the seller (Gypsy Quilter) and was told it was from China, plastic and that's to be expected. Said I could send it back (I'll pay the postage for the return) and she would send another one. I indicated that I don't believe in quality and would like a refund. I was rejected. I only take care of exchange and postage. I then emailed the Weidner World distributor expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund of my cost plus return postage. They replied that they would pay the postage for a replacement but not for a return. Contacted Revain and they eventually refunded the money. Bottom line, the shipping cost would be more than the cost of the product. I will definitely not be ordering another one and will not be ordering anything that is supplied by Weidner World. quilter.
