Don't waste money.
This tool is rubbish. The clip doesn't hold the leash, so the leash just slides through. I also think this tool was used and returned before I bought it because it was a bit scratched and oily and some of the coating was peeling off. I went to Autozone and rented their dual torch tool and it worked great.
