This remote is POOR PAIRED, we had a problem pairing the remote. The up button connects fine, it moves to the down button, no pairing occurs and I CANNOT continue the pairing process. Do you have any suggestions?" There are NO instructions in the box, there is very LIMITED information on the internet about this remote. Very disappointed with this purchase but do not return the product. What are all the EMPTY BUTTONS on the remote for?
