Poor quality seal, flashing amber before brake light

Damp inside after a rainy day. There are no pears yet. My main problem is with the light controller. Each time you brake, the red brake light does not come on immediately, but rather a cycle of the yellow warning light first. So step on the brakes, flashing the entire bar yellow before turning bright red to indicate braking. In some states it is even illegal to flash amber before red.
