(10/05/20) Update: Requested a replacement from my sound core. After providing the required information, I was instructed to ship the defective item to them. I did and received a replacement within a few days. Surprisingly, everything went smoothly with no problems. I will buy Soundcore headphones again when my headphones are completely dead. (9/5/20) Edit: It's been 1 month and while I was at work today the button cover came loose. it later broke off entirely. Don't get me wrong, these are a great choice for true wireless earbuds. I probably didn't take good care of myself. (6/27/20) I've heard reviewers say it sounds impressive. You weren't wrong. These are my first true wireless headphones and I recommend them to everyone. Any Problems? Nothing is perfect so I think I should add something. There is a slight lag in the audio. 0.75 seconds for me when playing games. video, no lag. Music experiences the same lag as games. I'm not sure about others. mmm I have nothing else. I recommend using the equalizer settings to improve it even further. I'd argue that this might allow you to make them just as good or even better than wired ones.
