I gave this product 4 stars for the fast shipping and the excellent packaging. The only thing is, my mannequin has a red spot on her cheek, it can be cleaned, so that's good. For first time users of this mannequin, the hair can be brown to black if you want to lighten or color your hair. I sometimes use L'Oreal hair dye and leave it on for a good 30 minutes to lighten the color. For bleach, use a volume of 20 or 30. 40 damages hair, I've done this with this doll before. Also, I didn't even leave it on for more than 20 minutes. That's why I said to use 20-30 vol. I would like to point out that I am not a hair professional but this was a warning and an experience for me. In general, the hair is soft, long and has a little red down. You can curl it, iron it and do other things. Hair retains heat, so be careful. I have brought this head before and this is the third time I have had this doll.
