I kept these in my top drawer for use on colder rides. I live in California and the "cold" here is below 60 degrees - I ended up in my 30's. I still have to use hand warmers and I have hand guards and my fingertips are cold. I am not completely satisfied with the wind protection. Expect your hands to still be a little cold. I also have to step on the gas again on longer stretches of freeway because my hand slips. I have never experienced that with any other motorcycle glove. They are very bulky - I don't think bulkier gloves make them warmer. I had gloves like this 20 years ago and would love to see new materials and technology. I replace them with a Cortech cold weather glove. I received them as a last resort to keep my hands warm. I know I'm pretty critical, but they're not very expensive. As a result, I bought more expensive and better gloves.
