Review on 📸 Zink Polaroid Mint Pocket Printer with Zero Ink Technology & Bluetooth for Android & iOS Devices - Black by Will Bremer

I read the reviews and was glad to add this product to my arts and crafts projects. The Polaroid Mint printer arrived last night (7/6/2020) and I charged it overnight with the USB cable that came with it. When I tried to sync the printer with my phone this morning, the first thing I had to do was update the firmware. After the firmware update was complete, the printer would not sync with my phone and would not turn on. I closed the app on my phone, restarted my phone, and double-checked that the printer was fully charged before checking the Polaroid website for support. There was no information in the user manual and online to solve my problem and the live customer chat feature on the Polaroid website is not working. I sent a message to Polaroid's Instagram page and they couldn't help so I emailed support. Polaroid website. Received a reply within 24 hours, suggested restarting the printer but it still wouldn't turn on. I'm not sure if I was unlucky and got a defect, so I ordered another printer. I will update my review once I have a second printer.
