Needed a laptop to run a virtual OS and it was perfect for 1 week, in the middle of typing an email I lost bluetooth detection. Dell support got it working for 3 days and couldn't fix it again so I had to send it back. When I got it back it lost camera and microphone detection. Dell couldn't fix the problem remotely so it went back for repair. So 5 days out of 45 was great. Otherwise 1 star. Support is good, just no laptop. I bought another Dell as they are usually reliable machines, so far so good. I just couldn't keep my fingers crossed that it would keep working when I got it back a second time.
