The most helpful feature is that I can use my own templates for scheduling (which are stored in an internal database). Also it's very easy to add new fields or change existing ones without having any programming skills required! It would be great if you could have more control over your email sending process - like being able to define different rules per recipient group etc., but this isn't something we've experienced yet so far. We're solving our customer support issues through automated messages sent via MailChimp/Aweber which allows us to track open rates and other metrics about how effective they were at communicating with customers who had questions while using one of our products.
