I am a heavy pre-workout user and have been strength training for many years. I remember when pre-workout supplements got really popular. I was hardcore at Jack3d, but honestly, who wasn't back then? As I got older and more experienced, I learned a thing or two about pre-workouts and became very skeptical of many brands. After Jack3d was recalled I started reading more about the dangers DMAA posed and I was really confused as to why it is being marketed as a pre-workout. You've had people dying and I think that's what gave the pre-workout a terrible name! Then came NO Xplode and the sensations were 10 times greater than Jack3d. Wait Now Should You Be Putting Real Workout Ingredients Into Your Diet? It all came together for me about 3 or 4 years ago when Pre JYM came out and Dr. Stoppani explained what your pre should really be. It was like a lightbulb turning on and that's when I really started to explore myself. I liked Pre JYM for a while but this was no exception in the sense that I still developed a tolerance and it made me a nasty addiction to all that caffeine. Most people don't like jitters and all that caffeine addiction. & Genius found out that caffeine isn't even good for pumping! Why do I call this the best pre-workout for EVERYONE? Because they made it. They have the best ingredients you really need for your workout. Similar to JYM, but frankly better. Then they ditched the caffeine and turned on some really powerful nootropics! I like it because you don't feel jittery, jittery or worried but instead you are focused and passionate about your workout. It's great for everyone because it's safe enough for beginners who want to try in advance. In fact, 100% safe with no stimulants, yet it's dosed in reasonable amounts for even the most intense gym goers. Genius gives pre-workouts a big name and I have a lot of respect for them. I'll confess (and that's good advice for you vape beasts), I sometimes throw in some genius caffeine pills on days when I'm feeling lazy. Genius BCAAs are actually pretty good at keeping me awake too. It's 100mg per serving and I take that most days so sometimes I go ahead and mix it up. In any case, I salute the brand that gets it right. I am in no way affiliated with the brand, I just felt compelled to share my thoughts on the subject here. I love seeing people use supplements that can help them and that's what it takes.
