Too bad I can't give this one zero stars. He didn't even turn on. We tried four different "plugs" since only the cable was sent to you. If it needs a VERY SPECIFIC connector, then it should be included. It never ignited at all. That's why I can't talk to anyone about it. This is my third shard so I know exactly how to use it. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, but it's clearly defective. UPDATE: I read a few other reviews and found one where someone plugged the USB portion of the power cord into their TV and it really helped me. , too much of. I'm not sure WHY this isn't working while it is actually CONNECTED and why there weren't any instructions showing I could do it. (Yes, I understand that many of you are "tech savvy" and this may seem obvious or silly to you, but not EVERYONE is tech savvy. I would never have guessed it myself.) Anyway, it WORKS now. I haven't had a chance to "test" it on all my devices yet, but so far it's working. I will say it does NOT auto adjust to the input I want to use like my old switch so that's a little frustrating. It also seems to want to be on Firestick all the time, but I CAN manually switch it to other inputs, so I guess it's fine.
