I've been using them for a while because it's difficult to keep towels clean. And using a clean towel is an important step in preventing colds, flu and so on. So I decided to try these. They are slightly larger than a napkin and thicker. They're absorbent enough for your hands, but no more. As others have reported, they have an odd smell, but it's not terrible. The hardest part for me is just getting them out of the box. I end up picking up the box every time I try to get the towel out. I don't know if it has to do with how tightly they're packed, how they're folded, or something else. But that's my only minor complaint. I also calculated that paper towels are cheaper in size depending on where you get them. (Based on cost per square foot.) So you can price paper towels instead. Hopefully as they catch on the price will come down and they will become competitive. Otherwise, I suspect paper towels will become a passing fad.
