Tried but no longer used. I can see how it can help your back, but I can't use braces on that section of the belt. My duty belt kept slipping. I don't know if I used it correctly or not. I've worn a duty belt for over 30 years and it just didn't work for me. The company may be able to change the design so you can use clips that attach to your inner strap. Right now I'm back to my old setup. I still have the item.
