This support has changed my game. I've gone from chronic back pain to weeks and it's almost gone. It might be a bear to go further. Eventually I stopped wearing it "properly" and just buttoned it up in front, leaving my back exposed. It took so much pain. I love it! I wish I had tried this 2 years ago when I started and it would have saved me some inconvenience.

Tried but no longer used. I can see how it can help your back, but I can't use braces on that section of the belt. My duty belt kept slipping. I don't know if I used it correctly or not. I've worn a duty belt for over 30 years and it just didn't work for me. The company may be able to change the design so you can use clips that attach to your inner strap. Not much to say here, it does what it is advertised to do. I've been on uniformed patrol for 13 years and this is the first thing I've found to relieve back pain from the heavy gear we carry.
