Amazing Buy for the price

I just got this keyboard a few days ago and I love it, the keys feel great and are great for gaming but the RGB keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work, I press fn2 and 9 but I can't change the RGB setting, or when I press fn2 0 the backlight doesn't turn off. Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with the keyboard? Overall I'd say it's a great choice for a budget 60% keyboard if it weren't for the RGB issue.
