There are a lot of extra cables in the kit and the connections are nice because they snap. I connected a 7 pin connector to the 5th wheel in my truck bed to get the required 12 volts and taped the switch to the wall of my truck bed with double sided tape. In terms of performance, you can see from the video that it delivers excellent and even lighting. I couldn't be happier. My only complaints are: 1) The double sided tape on the back of the strips isn't strong enough to stick on its own, especially if you have a sprayed or factory liner like mine. I liked it too and used small rubber bands and self tapping screws. 2) I wish there were more clamps and screws in the kit. I bought a set of 3 strips, it had 8 clips. This kept me short on the last strip. At least 4 clips per strip would be great and that's my only criticism. They work and look great.
