6/16/20 The ad says that an extra head is included. Had not. They sent me a replacement. So far there is no additional mop. I removed the mop from the Velcro mop in the exchange box according to the instructions and sent it back. No problem except waste of time. The mop is amazing. Make your own soap mix, replace the container, spray and away you go. Remove the velcro and wash in the sink or throw in the washing machine. The container is smaller than faster, but still serves its purpose. Lightweight, easy-to-rotate head. I highly recommend this product.
