Review on EBC Brakes USR972 USR Series Sport Slotted Rotor: Enhanced Performance for Enthusiasts by Jean Donjuan

I have been changing brakes for many years and have generally always used cheap replacement rotors. This time, however, I opted for a good set of pads and rotors. I bought these discs (USR972) along with a rear set (USR728) with sets of front and rear brake pads (UD1004 and UD929). I am happy about this purchase. The rotors and brake pads fit my 2004 Subaru WRX perfectly. None of the rotors are covered with a protective black EBC coating. However, it wears out the first time you use it. Overall these rotors were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent braking power, direct replacement and slots for easier heat dissipation and longer service life.
