READ MY UPDATE. I wear them at +400 when I'm not wearing contacts. The view is excellent. The quality is solid, light weight and the nose piece doesn't leave any nasty red marks. The only problem is that at the end of the day I have a painful dent in my head just above my earlobe. I can handle it. The lenses have a yellowish amber side, I wish they were clear. Because they're so light and semi-framed, they almost disappear on your face. UPDATE: Part of the nose has broken off. Received refund and reordered. The metal holding the plastic tip blew my nose and then the tip broke AGAIN trying to adjust it. SHIT.
