The ease in which we can create our own dashboards from scratch to set up new reports, as well as update existing ones with just one click! It's very easy to use, all you need are some basic skills and experience using Excel or Access; no programming knowledge required at any level - even if your computer isn't powerful enough yet (the software will run perfectly fine). We have had an excellent support team who help us whenever needed. If I could give anything negative it would be about how fast time goes by when working everyday. Sometimes there seems like too little work done per day but this might also depend upon other factors such as workloads etc. There really shouldn’t be much problems since everything works great out-of-box without having to install additional tools/softwares. Our main goal was to improve reporting speed and accuracy throughout the organisation so far.
