Finally the Best Rib Rack
This is the fifth rib rack I've tried in the last two years and it is by far the best. I smoke a lot of fins on my Weber 22.5β³ Smokey Mountain and the other racks are either too low to keep the fins upright or the spacing is too narrow or too difficult to clean. This peak in all three parameters. I've used it half a dozen times and it has worked well every time. To clean, the dirt must be removed from the non-stick surface with a sponge, that's all! Other reviewers said it's not that easy to clean, so I should mention that I smoke at 225F and try never to go above 240F.
