This is not a replacement for air conditioning, so don't expect summer without air conditioning. But if you have a fridge with a ton of cold water, then pour water into this device and it will blow out very cold air, which will be very comforting. Putting small ice cubes and water in it will disperse very cold air which seems fantastic. Also, it has a small capacity, but if you place it right next to you, it can also be used outside if it's in close proximity. Overall this is a great product for the size and money. Buy it if you are on a budget but can't stand 40 degree temperatures!
