Like most buyers of this item, I am a very good sleeper and need a fairly cold room to fall asleep. Well it's July and the room isn't cold. I used blanket after blanket (because I need the feel of a blanket even when it's 90 degrees outside) and finally I found the word "cooling blanket" and that led me to this product. AND I LOVE IT. The material always feels cold, even in a hot room. I can wear it all over my body, snuggle up to it and stay cool. In fact, I was a little *too* cold this morning! Didn't think it was possible in July! The color is really nice and simple and I love that the back of the blanket is made of a different material. This morning when I was cold I just flipped it! The top is also very heavy and solid. This way you feel like you are wearing a regular blanket and not just a sheet or something. I highly recommend this blanket. I can fall asleep easier and I think my sleep quality has improved. Excellent goods!
