While not quite the legendary HAM5x, these HAMR60X still manage to deliver the amazing volume and bass power of my original HAM5x kit. spoil me If you experience distortion or poor audio quality, it's because of the quality of your MP3 rips, trust me. My 320 is amazing, while the lower bitrate suffers a bit. It's also important to note that the performance they show is entirely dependent on the device you're listening to. Totally unnoticeable on my phone. Good on PC. Absolutely insane and the best thing I've ever had on my iPod. They literally shake my head with an iPod like a subwoofer attached to each of my ears. The head pad is good, the plastic frame is what you'd expect from plastic. The cable could be longer but that's what you need. Extensions are for, buy one! As I said in the title, you won't hear anything around you at maximum volume, but everyone else will know what you're hearing. If you don't care like I do then this is a delight and the best you can get at this price point as far as I know. Don't spend too much time listening at maximum volume or your ears will ring if I don't like that you've already spent too much time on or right in front of the stage!
