I bought this helmet for my 3 year old who is learning to ride a bike. He had a big head and this helmet suited him very well. The chin strap is comfortably wrapped so it does not rub. I was able to adjust the straps to get the helmet to fit properly. There is also an adjustment dial at the back of the head that allows you to tighten the helmet on your head. Overall I am very happy with this helmet. The bright red color goes perfectly with his bike. It was sent well packaged.
