A convenient way to firmly press a mirrorless camera's webcam to the screen

I'm using a Sony mirrorless camera as my webcam and this adapter enables it I prefer to hold the camera closer to my display since the video-out ports are on the side of the camera. It's a bit finicky - when I move my camera or cable I get random and transient video loss, but I hardly ever move my camera so it wasn't an issue.
