This case does not have a charging port cover

This cover came with a damaged protective film. There was a note in the package that if the protector breaks on arrival, the buyer will be sent a new one, but he didn't leave any contact details! I'm an active person, I carry a cell phone in my pocket. and the charge port collects dirt over time, I assumed this cover had a coating for the charge port, but it doesn't. Must be transported in a plastic bag.
