Now that everything is installed I'm happy with the end result, but the installation process itself was more complicated than it should have been. My 32" TV has a 100x100 mount pattern on the back that this mount is compatible with. I installed it in a corner about 8-10 feet up a wall in my garage. wall with the three screws provided. Then attach the TV directly to the bracket. There is no spacer bar like some of my other mounts as I mount the plate on the back of the TV and then raise and lower the TV into the mount. Instead, I had to try to balance my TV on one hand, aligning it with the holes on the back of the bracket, and try to drive a screw through the bracket into my TV with my other hand. It was real juggling and I would recommend two people for it. My wife is heavily pregnant so I was alone. In the future I will stick to more thoughtful attachment systems. But now that everything is set up, everything works great: the bracket slides out, making it easy to set the correct viewing angle and secure the cab. Woods, I had to tighten a few screws on the arm to level the TV. I was a little surprised as I have ordered cheaper mounts from Monoprice in the past and had a better overall experience hence the 3 stars.
