Tip breaks easily
I liked the design and the price when I first bought it, but this item is junk. I've been using commercial welders at work and needed something for a few cracks in my HDPE canoe. This lasted 30 minutes before the triangular head came off. I had to finish the top hat project! I will say that it warmed up to the right temperature. But after about 10 minutes of use, the tip started to bend. I am not sure if this product is suitable for anything more than small tacking.
