Died after 4 months

Worked fine when I first got it. Super fast, easy to use. After 4 months of inconsistent use (when not in use it just sits in the spares box) the microSD cards suddenly stopped communicating with each other. If I leave the cover open and press and hold the protruding part of the SD card, the system recognizes it. Once the pressure is reduced, the system thinks it's been pulled out. I only bought this as a MicroSD reader so I don't know if other ports will work. Big disappointment.
