Review on 💆 DERMA-E DMAE Firming Moisturizer with Alpha Lipoic Acid & C-Ester, 2oz by Nuzhat Shaver

The packaging is excellent - heavy bottom glass jar. The fact that lavender is so strong it smells like putting foot cream on your face is unfortunate. I wouldn't mind the smell if it didn't sting. That's the problem. Its trying to hit too many targets with one ingredient list and the result is not good. They mention that alpha lipoic acid can cause mild sensitivity. Okay, then why increase the likelihood of being irritated by heavy perfumes.2. Why add Rethiol (an ineffective retinoid)?3. Why Add Vitamin C Ester (Inactive Vitamin C)? I already use retinoid and vitamin C - quality. I didn't buy this cream to double it with lower versions of vitamin C and vitamin A. I bought DMAE with Alpha Lipic Acid but I got Suzy Q everything but the kitchen sink with too much essential oil blend.
