I'm new to gas stoves so I don't know what everyone else looks like, but I have the bowl on the bottom and then there's a part that sticks out the middle. So it was impossible to cut them to the right size without a more precise direction. Maybe if I had a protractor and remembered trigonometry from 30 years ago! 🤣Finally, after many tries, I got one of these in a decent size and put it in a bowl. I didn't do the rest because 1. that one took so long and 2. I wanted to see if it worked. So, after several preparations, it began to turn white. Yes, the material is not that heat resistant. I will say that after eating it became easier to get out.
